IDENTITY OF FUTURE TEACHERS OF VOCATIONAL TRAIN-ING: GENESIS, STRUCTURE, CONDITIONS
Abstracts

Introduction. The article deals with the main problems of self-identification of future teachers of vocational training. The aim of the study was to determine the content of the problem of University work on professional self-identification of students in the binary system of education.

Within the walls of the University there is a form, content and conditions of its self-identification as a future professional. Professional self-identification, at the same time, is one of the mechanisms of personality development and building of its professional identity. The analysis of scientific literature allowed us to consider the structural and component composition, Genesis, status and role of professional identity and self-identity of the future teacher. The results of the study can be used in professional training of teachers of the system of vocational training (secondary vocational education).

The main conceptual approaches that reveal the history and dynamics of identification and self-identification of the student's personality, mechanisms and methods, as well as the role of the educational environment of the University in the full professional training of students are considered as the objectives of the study.

Materials and methods. The main methods of research are the analysis of scientific literature devoted to the problem of self-identification; as well as diagnostic techniques, including observation, description, conversation, questioning, testing, methods of statistical data processing.

Results. The article presents the results of empirical research in the form of a questionnaire and the form of a discus, which can be used in the professional training of students of the system of secondary vocational education.

Discussion. Most of the students are experiencing a crisis of personal

 

identity, actively trying to overcome it. From course to course, the achieved positive identity is growing, which indicates the readiness of future teachers to work in the profession and the formation of those qualities that will be necessary for them in the independent professional activity of the teacher of vocational training.

Conclusion. Analysis of the results shows that professional identification and self-identification of the future teacher of vocational training is a dynamic, multidimensional, nonlinear process that determines not only the mechanisms, but also the results of building his professional identity, its correction.
