TRAJECTORY OF DEVELOPMENT OF LEGAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE PSYCHOLOGISTS IN EDUCATION
Abstracts

Introduction. The article presents a theoretical analysis of the state of the problem of the development of the legal competence of students of a teacher training institute who are studying in the direction of training “Psychological and pedagogical education”. The concept of the legal competence of a psychologist in education and its components are defined. Presents areas for the implementation of the development of legal competence. Pedagogical conditions that promote the targeted development of the legal competence of university students are proposed.


Materials and methods. The materials were scientific and theoretical studies of the development of the legal competence of students of higher education institutions. Research methods: analysis of scientific literature on the problem of the formation of professional competence of future psychologists and the development of their legal competence, the problem of professional training of psychologists for effective activity in educational institutions, retrospective, systemic, conceptual and terminological analysis, synthesis.

Results and its discussion. The trajectory of the development of the legal competence of future psychologists in the university, focused on the development of the following components: cognitive - the presence of a system of knowledge about the legal aspects of the psychologist's activities in education; motivational-value-oriented on the values of legal culture and the motives of human rights activities; reflexive - control and analysis of results and forecasting the consequences of their activities. The directions for the implementation of the trajectory of the development of students' legal competence are proposed: substantive (curriculum, educational program), activity (interactive forms and teaching methods) and procedural (features of training) and pedagogical conditions for the development of legal competence in a pedagogical university.

Conclusion. The presented directions for the development of legal competence are based on the possibilities of higher education in the direction of training “Psychological and pedagogical education” and reflect the substantive, activity and procedural components.
