THE WAYS FOR FORMING AND EVALUATION THE PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF A EDUCA-TOR
Abstracts

Introduction. The article discusses the problem of quality management of preschool education through the professional competence of a teacher, discusses the ways of forming and assessing the professional competence of a teacher of a preschool educational organization.

Materials and methods. To identify ways of forming and assessing the professional competence of a teacher, such research methods are used as the analysis of regulatory documents that define the requirements for the qualifications of teachers, as well as the analysis of scientific research that considers various approaches to the formation and assessment of the professional competence of a teacher.

Results. Based on the analysis of regulatory documents and scientific research, various forms of methodological work are considered that will contribute to the formation of professional competence, as well as methods for assessing the level of formation of the professional competence of a preschool teacher.

Discussion. The article emphasizes that the methods of forming professional competence are various forms of methodological work in a preschool educational organization, methods of assessment are various methods for assessing the professional competence of a preschool teacher.

Conclusion. Based on the results of the study of regulatory documents and scientific research, a substantiation of such forms of methodical work as training, seminar, project activities, socialization classes is given, which will contribute to the formation of professional competence. The characteristics of the methods for assessing the professional competence of preschool teachers are also presented.
