CLASSIFICATION OF AUTHENTIC TEXTS WITH THE PURPOSE OF FORMING THE MORAL VALUES OF CHILDREN OF ELEMENTARY SCHOOL IN THE GERMAN LANGUAGE LESSONS
Abstracts

Introduction. The article considers the problems of educating the spiritual and moral values of the children of elementary school in German lessons using authentic German fairy tales. The spiritual and moral education of children has a colossal importance in the space of mo-dern education, which in turn determines the relevance of the problem.

Materials and methods. This research uses such scientific methods as review and analysis of pedagogical literature, German fairy

 

tales, publications of research results in the field, generalization, comparison and classification, etc.

Special attention of this article is to present the classification of authentic German fairy tales recommended for studying in German elementary school, corresponding to the age characteristics and level of language of the children of elementary school age and contributing to the formation of morality among younger students in the process of learning German.

Results. The result of this study is the presentation of a classification of authentic German fairy tales recommended for studying in German elementary school lessons, corresponding to the age characteristics and level of language of the children of elementary school age and contributing to the moral development in the process of learning German. The basic principles of selecting authentic German fairy tales for the spiritual and moral education of the children of elementary school in the German language lessons were: the moral content of the fairy tales for children, the interesting story for children in the second, third and fourth grades, as well as the lexical and grammatical content of texts.

Discussion. Authentic German fairy tales are a good didactic tool in the lessons of the German language, as well as the theoretical education of spiritual and moral values of the children of elementary school.

Conclusion. The classification of authentic German fairy tales serves as a theoretical and methodological basis for the further development of a program-model for the upbringing of younger schoolchildren in the lessons of the German language, focused on spiritual and moral values.
