THEORETICAL ASPECTS OF APPLICATION OF INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGIES AS MEANS OF ACTIVIZATION OF COGNITIVE ACTIVITY OF CHILDREN OF PRESCHOOL AGE
Abstracts

Introduction. This article discusses the theoretical and methodological foundations of the use of information and communication technologies as a means of enhancing the cognitive activity of children of preschool age. The historiography of the problem (main stages) is presented. The conceptual field of the problem is considered. The components of cognitive activity of preschool children are described. The purpose of the article is to substantiate and reveal the author's concept of the use of information and communication technologies as a means of enhancing the cognitive activity of children.

Materials and methods. In the course of the study, we used the

 

normative documents devoted to the topic of early childhood education and information technology. One of the main method of research is the analysis of scientific literature devoted to the problem of using of information and communication technologies as a means of enhancing cognitive activity in preschool organizations.

Results. Approaches are developed and described, the connection of them is the theoretical and methodological basis of the study; the author presents the characteristics of the main components of the model.

Discussion. It is emphasized that with the help of information and communication technologies, the work spent on the management of cognitive activity is fully justified.

Conclusion. It is concluded that the study effectively selected the right methodological approaches, expanded the conceptual field in the field of information and communication technologies as a means of enhancing the cognitive activity of children of preschool age.
