HARACTERISTIC EXPERIMENTAL WORK ON THE FORMATION OF SOCIAL AND LEGAL COMPETENCE IN UNIVERSITY STUDENTS
Abstracts

Introduction. The article discusses issues that characterize the experimental work on the formation of social and legal competence among university students. A description of the pedagogical experiment aimed at the practical verification of the truth of the data obtained during the pedagogical experiment is presented. The purpose of the article is to characterize the experimental work on the formation of social and legal competence of university students, to identify and characterize the stages, methods and methods of diagnosing a pedagogical experiment.

Materials and methods. The study uses theoretical methods (analysis, modeling, induction, comparison, synthesis), empirical methods (formative experiment, observation, questioning, testing, examination, statistical methods of data processing and testing hypotheses).

Results and its discussion. The author presents the stages of experimental work on the formation of socio-legal competence of university students, allowing to check the effectiveness of functioning in the educational process of the system of formation of social and legal compe-tence of university students and assess the effectiveness of pedagogi- cal conditions aimed at improving the efficiency of the developed system.

Conclusion. It is concluded that to confirm the effectiveness of the developed system of formation of social and legal competence among


university students, it is necessary to conduct experimental work that would confirm the validity of our assumptions.
